How do I place an order online?

Ordering is extremely easy! Select your items, click "Add to Cart" and it will automatically bring you to
your shopping cart for your order total. If you are finished shopping, you will need to fill out the information,
choose your shipping method, and you will be given the shipping and order total. Click "submit".
If you are not finished shopping, click "Keep Shopping" under your order preview.



Can I place orders by phone?

We accept phone orders toll-free at 800-632-9640. Our customer service representatives are available
Monday through Friday 9AM to 8PM Central time, to answer your questions or help you place your order.

What are my payment options? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Is my order secure?

Definitely! Our site is SSL Encrypted and CISP Compliant. Meaning that your information is processed through
a secure server. (Read our Privacy Policy)

Do you share my information with anyone?

NO. The information collected from you is solely for ordering purposes. We do not share, sell or trade any
of your personal information with other companies.

What is the processing time for my order?

For most products, itís 1-3 business days. Other items take 5-7 business days. Personalized items can take
a bit longer. See individual product descriptions for specific details on shipping times.

What shipper do you use?

We use UPS and FedEx

Can I ship to PO Boxes?

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Can I rush my order?

We understand that some customers need items faster. We can rush an order to ship withing 24 hours, most
any time as long as we are notified before 1:00pm. We do our best to accommodate your requests,
but rush shipping is not available for products with items numbers starting with WS (WS8050), due to
location of manufacturer.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a UPS tracking number when your order has been shipped. Go to the UPS Web site with your
tracking number to check on your order.
If your order is shipped directly from one of our vendors, please contact our us Mon-Fri 9AM - 8PM CST at
800-632-9640 for tracking information.

How do I change or cancel my existing order?

Please verify your order immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. If you need to make any
changes or cancel, call our customer service representatives Mon-Fri 9AM - 8PM Central at 800-632-9640 as
soon as possible with changes or cancellations. If an order is in processing, no changes to personalized
items can be made.

Can merchandise be returned?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 7 days
for refund. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to
the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. No returns on
opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items
personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months
cannot be returned.
